Czech and Slovakian Film Posters 1976-1991

In cooperation with the Czech Centre, Typopassage TM brought for the first time in Timișoara a special exhibition showcasing original film posters created by Czechoslovak artists for the rental center in Prague. In a context similar to the one in Poland, film posters were not constrained by commercial expectations normally demanded of advertising. This gave the designers a historic window of nearly unlimited artistic freedom.
